L’Alleghe Hockey mette a segno un importante innesto per il reparto offensivo con l’arrivo d’oltreoceano del centro canadese Logan DeNoble.
La Società biancorossa annuncia con grande soddisfazione l’ingaggio dell’attaccante classe 1997, nato a Peterborough, in Ontario, pronto a vestire la maglia delle Civette nella prossima stagione. Con i suoi 178 centimetri per 86 chilogrammi, DeNoble è un centro moderno e completo, capace di ricoprire all’occorrenza anche il ruolo di ala sinistra. Un giocatore in grado di offrire un contributo importante anche in fase difensiva. Dotato di qualità tecniche e personalità, sa leggere le situazioni di gioco e possiede un ottimo fiuto del gol. La sua competitività e la determinazione con cui lotta su ogni disco riflettono la migliore scuola hockeistica canadese. Chi lo conosce lo descrive come un atleta affidabile, un professionista esemplare e un compagno di squadra positivo, dentro e fuori dal ghiaccio. Abituato a essere protagonista nelle squadre in cui ha militato, DeNoble porta ad Alleghe un prezioso bagaglio di esperienza maturato tra Nord America ed Europa.
Cresciuto nelle leghe giovanili canadesi, DeNoble ha disputato quattro stagioni nella prestigiosa Ontario Hockey League (OHL), una delle migliori leghe giovanili al mondo, indossando la maglia dei Peterborough Petes, squadra della sua città natale. Proprio con i Petes ha vissuto una significativa crescita sportiva, arrivando anche a ricoprire il ruolo di capitano e sviluppando quelle doti di leadership che lo hanno accompagnato nel corso della carriera.
Terminato il percorso nella OHL, ha proseguito la sua formazione nella U SPORTS, il massimo campionato universitario canadese di hockey su ghiaccio, dove è rimasto per altre quattro stagioni. Successivamente ha scelto la strada europea, proseguendo il proprio percorso di crescita e mettendosi in evidenza per continuità e capacità realizzativa.
In Germania ha disputato tre stagioni nella terza lega nazionale, un campionato di livello comparabile alle migliori realtà della Alps Hockey League, mettendo a referto 120 punti in 105 partite, frutto di 59 reti e 61 assist.
Nell’ultima stagione ha invece giocato in Belgio nella CEHL (Central European Hockey League), massimo campionato per club di Belgio e Paesi Bassi, al quale prendono parte anche alcune formazioni tedesche. Con la maglia dei Liège Bulldogs ha chiuso l’annata con numeri di assoluto rilievo: 32 gol e 24 assist in 40 incontri disputati.
La dirigenza dell’Alleghe Hockey è convinta che DeNoble rappresenti il tassello ideale per completare il reparto offensivo delle Civette: canadese cresciuto con l’hockey nel sangue, dotato di spiccato fiuto del gol e di un’importante esperienza internazionale, arriva ad Alleghe nel pieno della maturità sportiva, pronto a lasciare il segno anche in riva al lago.

Per la scelta del nuovo attaccante, la Società di via Lungolago si è affidata anche al parere del neo allenatore biancorosso Robin Adamsson, che ha visionato personalmente DeNoble, ricavandone impressioni estremamente positive: “Logan DeNoble è un giocatore davvero molto interessante e siamo entusiasti di averlo con noi per la prossima stagione. È un centro intelligente e completo nelle due fasi di gioco, dotato di un ottimo bagaglio tecnico offensivo e di una notevole capacità realizzativa. Per quello che ho potuto osservare e per gli ottimi riscontri ricevuti da persone che conoscono bene Logan, siamo convinti di ciò che potrà apportare alla squadra, sia come giocatore sia come persona. Già nelle prime fasi della carriera ha ricoperto il ruolo di capitano nella squadra OHL della sua città natale, segno delle sue qualità di leader e della sua forte personalità. Sa essere competitivo e mette intensità in ogni partita. È un giocatore con una grande etica del lavoro, capace di muoversi in tutte le zone del ghiaccio. Dispone di un tiro importante che lo renderà una risorsa preziosa in fase offensiva e nel gioco in superiorità numerica. Inoltre è affidabile anche dal punto di vista difensivo, grazie a un ottimo senso della posizione e alla sicurezza nella gestione del disco. Per presentarmi posso dire di essere una persona tranquilla, che va d’accordo con tutti. Cerco sempre di essere un leader per la squadra e di divertirmi sul ghiaccio. Mi considero un giocatore completo, capace di dare il mio contributo in entrambe le fasi: mi piace aiutare in difesa, ma penso anche di poter essere pericoloso in attacco e segnare gol importanti. Non conosco ancora molto il campionato italiano, ma sono felice di avere questa opportunità e di poter vivere in Italia. Ho sempre sentito parlare molto bene del vostro Paese e non vedo l’ora di scoprire questa nuova realtà. Voglio aiutare la squadra a crescere e a disputare una stagione di alto livello. Ai tifosi dell’Alleghe posso promettere che lavorerò sodo e che darò sempre il massimo in ogni partita. Alleghe Hockey has strengthened its offensive department with an important addition from overseas, signing Canadian center Logan DeNoble. The Biancorossi are delighted to announce the signing of the 1997-born forward, who was born in Peterborough, Ontario, and is ready to wear the Civette jersey next season. Standing at 178 cm and weighing 86 kg, DeNoble is a modern, complete center who can also play on the left wing when needed. A player capable of making a significant contribution in the defensive phase as well, he combines technical ability with strong character, reads the game intelligently, and has a natural scoring instinct. His competitiveness and determination in battles for every puck reflect the best traditions of Canadian hockey. Those who know him describe him as a reliable athlete, an exemplary professional, and a positive teammate both on and off the ice. Accustomed to being a key player on the teams he has represented, DeNoble brings to Alleghe a valuable wealth of experience gained between North America and Europe. Developed through the Canadian youth hockey system, DeNoble spent four seasons in the prestigious Ontario Hockey League (OHL), one of the top junior leagues in the world, wearing the jersey of the Peterborough Petes, the team from his hometown. With the Petes, he experienced significant growth as a player, eventually taking on the role of captain and developing the leadership qualities that have accompanied him throughout his career. After completing his OHL career, he continued his development in U SPORTS, the highest level of Canadian university hockey, where he played for four more seasons. He then chose the European route, continuing his growth and establishing himself through consistency and offensive production. In Germany, he played three seasons in the country’s third-tier league, a competition comparable in level to the top teams of the Alps Hockey League, recording 120 points in 105 games, including 59 goals and 61 assists. Last season, he moved to Belgium to compete in the CEHL (Central European Hockey League), the top club competition involving teams from Belgium and the Netherlands, along with some German sides. With the Liège Bulldogs, he finished the season with outstanding numbers, scoring 32 goals and adding 24 assists in 40 games. The management of Alleghe Hockey is convinced that DeNoble represents the ideal addition to complete the Civette’s offensive department: a Canadian player with hockey in his blood, equipped with a great scoring touch and significant international experience, arriving in Alleghe at the peak of his sporting maturity and ready to make his mark on the shores of Lake Alleghe.

For the selection of the new forward, the club from Via Lungolago also relied on the opinion of newly appointed head coach Robin Adamsson, who personally evaluated DeNoble and came away with extremely positive impressions: “Logan DeNoble is a very interesting player and we are excited to have him with us for the upcoming season. He is an intelligent center, complete in both phases of the game, with excellent offensive skills and a remarkable ability to score. Based on what I have been able to observe and on the excellent feedback received from people who know Logan well, we are convinced of what he can bring to the team, both as a player and as a person. Early in his career, he already served as captain of the OHL team from his hometown, which is a sign of his leadership qualities and strong personality. To introduce myself, I would say that I am a calm person who gets along well with everyone. I always try to be a leader for the team and enjoy myself on the ice. I consider myself a complete player, capable of contributing in both areas of the game: I like being reliable defensively, but I also believe I can be dangerous offensively and score important goals. I don’t know much about the Italian league yet, but I am very happy to have this opportunity and to experience life in Italy. I have always heard great things about your country and I can’t wait to discover this new reality. I want to help the team grow and have a high-level season.
